How do I add/remove my family members?

In your Medfusion Plus dashboard, navigate to your family profiles by tapping the top left icon. From here you will be able to add additional family members whose health management you are involved in. You will need to add their physician’s practice as a Connection and use their patient portal login credentials to access and sync their health information back to Plus.

Family members can be removed at any time by sending a request to plus@medfusion.com.
