Make sure that your username and password is correct for the current provider connection. If you are still experiencing errors, you may need to reset your password with your provider’s portal. Within your Medfusion Plus Connections, select the provider you are trying to connect to. Navigate to your provider’s patient portal by clicking on ‘Open Site’ and reset your password. Once you have reset your password, use your username and new password to access through Medfusion Plus.
Still having issues? Contact the practice and have them manually reset your password. Once reset, you can continue to access and sync your providers through Medfusion Plus.
